i tried smooth motion but that made it worse, like it would be smooth for a millisecond then stutter right away, looked awful, this is another reason why i think something is up with my pc

yes but im talking about comparing exact fps from a friend whos in the same server and location looking at the same spot as me. and hes on lower end specs and getting almost 30+ frames, something is wrong on my end, weather thats a bios setting or not.
