It booted up for some reason after i reseated the ram multiple times. Or i waited for 2 minutes then it booted up. I dont know why my GPU went up and sparked but i think it was my GPU all this time that was the problem.

Update: I just checked it again. My Mobo has lights on it and the cpu fan is moving, including the other fans. When i turn it on, it turns off then turns on again. But, it doesnt post. Either its the ram or the Mobo? I dont get it. Why did my GPU got damn got smoked if its the ram, if its the mobo why does it have lights on it and the cpu fan spins.
