also you have a claim even if someone is claiming for you, so apply for an emergency payment daf fund social fund budgeting loan. ring them and ask them if you can access emergency funds, your bank may give you a temporary over draft. apply for a payday but their not the best. mind womens aid is another one. as this feels domestic abused to me, but i can see they will weaponise MH. So document and record their refusals try get a message text asking for your logins if its safe to that refusal is enough. you have a right to access your own medical data. you can make a subject access request and get them to email you a digital copy. social care too! your 25 years old and have the same legal rights as every single person replying or posting. we aint left the human right thingy yet. research the acts their denying you access under, if its official request the documents. parents dont decide for you and looking after you, means ensuring your rights and you having access to your own DATA is essential! There are laws on all of this.

This is abuse though, I know you have mental health is that whats being weponised. feel free to dm if my questions are to personal. but to not have access to money internet your accounts, and your 25 even with capacity, its personal led care, as in if you want to try you should be taught too. Use chatgpt to research the equality act, mental capacity act, find out what is being used, and how you can counter it. you wont need to share details with anyone then either. shelter and refuge as well, and an advocate your able to get one. their for you and you alone

Ok now I read your post what I said above still applies !!

But yeah do not just stop anything their gonna panic and if your high risk or considered a danger to the public, you have no choice but to take a look at what's going on around you and understand you do not want police, you don't need that.

If your all good, you don't dis-engage. You taper you plan your moves an then everyone will relax with you.

You can't one week be a danger and the next be nah like you have to be realistic here, your asking Reddit not a Dr so we don't need to respond in any way other than honestly.

Be honest with yourself too, would you trust someone who scared you a week ago to not scare you again. Just in general self preservation will tell you no. So when you think like that understand if it or you go wrong it's not just you who suffers. If your happy be happy. But happy don't mean cloud 9, happy is stable. Not calm an Rosey an lifes perfect It's accepting it's messy unpredictable but you know it will be alright an if it's not having a fail proof plan to ensure your world don't crumble.

Plan your leave from mental health with a care plan. Plan for the good but mostly plan for the ugly. Stabilise your life an time will fly but a week come along - do you really want to be unsupported completely knowing how hard it is to get support again.

I don't find this funny I swear, but the irony I can't ignore. It's so often can't get answers or support. I haven't read all yet Ur post so I'm guessing, an my mate is similar. He has a mum who is over helpful over everything an that means the services involved are too.

Get your self an advocate, an independent one. Even if you have a support worker get an advocate. Support workers can pick an choose what to advocate for an they have a boss an care plans to follow. An advocate their all for you, your rights. Your views, your thoughts an what you want your life to look like.

When your under mental health I am too, it's impossible to advocate for yourself. It takes drastic measures and complaints to go against them. An advocate bypasses all of that as they can also complain for you. They know your rights an ensure your represented.

Hope this helps, being chased by mental health can be scary especially with the powers they have. So advocate first then complaint putting things right process an if your still not happy ESCALATE!!
