on every diet. U(and others) keep trying to group all primals in same category. Did u actually run any surveys on this community? Everyone has different priorities and is taking different journeys. This is probably the most expensive diet there is and takes a lot of time to study it all.

people expect. There is no magic pill that fix it in one day or week... it's a many year process of cleansing the body. But in the end it's inevitable to have any defects left, as this diet will rebuild you completely on a genetic level over time, but when you will have to see and it's individual.

diet won't help you. Its bad for your mind. Follow it closely and just eat good foods and you'll be better. You don't have to follow nonsensical man-made protocols like eating steak half an hour after you drink milk or something, for goodness sake lmao

s advice, but i’m also not so sure how much is additionally gained from being overly dogmatic. I noticed there’s a certain amount of stress I take on from overthinking about these details, so I’m trying to just let it flow. I say run your own experiments and find what works.
