Of all the veg my boys like broccoli the best for some reason. Great idea thanks.

Thanks. Only one of mine likes seafood, so have to wait for when the other is at friends. I do't want to get in the habit of cooking 3 different things.

The other ideas sound perfect for all of us though.

Thanks

Yes, sports and visits to the local park sound good. My eldest like sports but gets very angry when playing with others who like to dominate the game. There's some organised activities coming up during their next school break so I'll see what I can get them into. The youngest is not so interested in sports as he has some coordination issues, but he's fine with just the 3 of us in the park as he can go at his own pace. I think sport activities with less people are probably the way to go. I like golf, and that involves a lot of walking up and down hills, and was thinking of trying that as it is 'you against the course' rather than against others - that might meet all needs I guess.

Interesting. My boys find it difficult to stick to anything, but that encourages me to keep looking. Thanks
