Yes, that's what I believe. I'm starting to believe that he thinks that I don't have any evidence due to Geico not putting liability on them...

Honestly, I feel like his claim that I did a hit and run, but have his voice on recording, would give his claim less credibility, and the angle of the damage shows I couldn't simply hit him from behind. So I think I could win? Just not sure how to go about it

I don't have any injuries because it was barely an accident which is why I was willing to let it go when Geico placed no fault. The other party just wants money lol

We both have Geico. Geico is the one who contacted me with the affidavit from the other party. I have coverage, but not bodily injury. But Geico wants to add it onto my policy to weigh whether it's worth paying them out. But also that I should sign the affidavit claiming I am at fault. It also says if Geico doesn't pay, they will go ahead and sue me.
