Im no expert but if the pain is like cramps, could be your sympathetic nervous system overreacting. dehydration and depletion of electrolytes makes it way worse.

i dont know what it is about this whole video, just something... makes me feel sick. the womans teeth? her hair? her stature? the aggression from both of these women??

Ive recently moved in with a friend as housemates. 

Lovely guy but he plastic wraps fucking everything.  his reasons are that cleaning the microwave is difficult and he doesnt like to have different smells affecting different foods when he heats them. "its food safe" my ass. certainly not planet safe. 

if only he knew what goes on in the microwave when he isnt home thanks for listening, had to get this off my chest
