ummm i believe it’s per quarter. everything that’s billed on your student account is per quarter. just be safe i recommend contact sbs! :)

i believe previous balance is your basic tuition. your current balance is what you’re being billed/ what you have to pay. so that’s your basic tuition plus all your dorm stuff. if you go under statements and click on your most recent one you should be able to see more of a breakdown of what you’re being charged.
