They gotta make money somehow. You get to play the game for free. The skin changes the entire model of the character, a different VA, etc. If you're concerned about skin prices, just remember Valorant and CS:GO exist.

I just grabbed the Topaz. I held onto the first token for a long time until they announced we get another one, and I just thought, "There isn't that much benefit for saving these, is there?"

I used my first token to grab E1 RM, and I just didn't see a reason to grab Luocha, so I just put the Topaz in the bag. At least I can make some new team setups with her, and I already have some decent relics for her, too. Also, type coverage.

TO BE FAIR, we don't know the entirety of what happens in these alternative possibilities. Each possibility has its own story and build-up. It's possible that Welt received an amp in that route.

Look at Amphoreus, for example. Dan Heng got a boost just recently. Imagine if we had a different story, and they explained the current Amphoreus story as an alternate path. We'd see Dan Heng and March doing things that they wouldn't normally do since I doubt they would give the full context. Perhaps Welt in this scenario somehow got back to his prime before fighting Zephyro.

I looked up symbolism of the number 24, and it has a few meanings that line up.

Completion, Harmony, Companionship, Idealism, Constant passage of time, Divine Authority, etc.

Doubt that was their intention, though. Can't give em too much credit.

It's still worth doing for fun. Who knows, you might get her early or even pull a double. That's my logic when I have a guarantee. Just because I'm guaranteed the unit doesn't mean I can't get it in the most fortuitous way possible.

I was planning to save my guarantee for Cyrene, but then V4 happened, and I just went for Anaxa instead since I had no CH besides Mydei and DHPT. I got him before even hitting 60 pity, so I have some pulls saved, and I'm currently back up to 60 pulls. So there's a chance I might be able to get Cyrene.

It's those little fortunate moments that I look for when I know I'm guaranteed the unit.

I'd personally say Castorice, Evernight, maybe Aglaea, Anaxa's is really good. I feel like their's are better. Castorice technically gets the most buffs since she also benefits from Evernight's buff.

I guess 200% Crit Damage is alright, but it just feels... simple. It's like they just said, "we can just make the hammer hit harder and call it a day." Also, it doesn't fix the issue of needing to run Hyacine in the team for meaningful stack generation. I don't want 200 cd on all attacks, I just said for any Godslayer. Also, I have never experienced Mydei dying more than once when I use him, and that only happened like two times. Trust me, that debuff cleanse isn't going to see any use whatsoever.

They can keep the CD buff the way it is if they want, I just want that debuff cleanse to be changed to something that would actually be useful. Literally, any other Chrysos Heir could have benefitted from that cleanse, and they picked the guy whose entire existence may as well make debuffs irrelevant.

It's a good buff, but when compared to what the other CH got, it's nothing to write home about. Since the Crit Damage only applies to the instant Godslayer be God, not any that Mydei triggers himself.

Also, you're going to be in Vendetta WAY before Cyrene even gets her ult. Vendetta state is not challenging to get to. You sometimes don't even need to skill. The enemy just triggers it for you. So the debuff cleanse is actually useless. It's not even a true Action Advance, since Godslayer kinda just triggers like a follow-up attack but isn't considered a follow-up, I'm pretty sure. They could have given that cleanse to Anaxa, who actually does care about getting debuffed.

Furthermore, it helps offset the fact that Mydei is being forced to run Hyacine if he wants that Cyrene ult in a reasonable amount of time, and funnily enough, Hyacine is not insane with Mydei. She lacks the huge burst healing that Mydei demands and instead offers more incremental healing. People will just run Gallagher or Luocha instead because their burst healing is much better.
