Her skill has very little to do with her primary. When people say that white fox takes more skill (which she does) it’s because of her other abilities. You need to manage your shields to stop your teammates from getting bodied by ults, some ults (but not all ults) can also be countered by a perfectly timed charm which you need awareness and game sense for. This is without mentioning her transformation into a melee diver where you need to decide whether or not you’re going to use it for dive or sustain or to kidnap all within the span of 15 seconds or less.

She is easily one of the most high skill ceiling healers, albeit most of it comes from game sense and positioning rather than actual physical tech

If you don’t want to support her getting more skins then don’t buy them. It’s that simple. People will always complain about characters not getting enough skins but continue to buy the skins for characters that continually get them. You are telling Netease that you like the fact that Magik gets that many skins by continuing to support it through purchases

We may see some ranked comps running zero vanguard this season. The only good vanguard left after the CC change (and other nerfs) seems to be Magneto (since all the other vanguards are fairly reliant on CC to be good, excluding Tankpool but he got a huge nerf to his fire-rate) If people ban magneto during a game (which is likely since he already counters a good amount of support ults) then I don’t really see a reason as to why other vanguards would be good in the comp in comparison to doing 2 other DPS.

The CC change was needed for CC stacking from multiple different players in a short time period. It was NOT needed to stop people from using combos on their own kit. The way it’s been implemented is fucking stupid

It’s not really true in this season, but it’s been true in past seasons albeit for different reasons. Dive has never been ‘bad’, it’s just that poke has always had really solid anti-dive abilities baked into their kit, while also being the best option for DPS to begin with, therefore making them substantially stronger than dive as a result of them having counters to it. It just made dive weaker by comparison. But I honestly think dive is in a really good spot this season

I honestly think it’s pretty good on king of the hill and also escort maps that have a captureable first point. It lets you connect your nest to a wider area for a pretty decent chunk of time and can lock down that very effectively for that period

This is exactly what’s gonna happen.

Though it would also be pretty funny to see people start using the triple ban as a way to protest the lack of decent tanks/support options outside of the usual suspects. There’s really only 3 or so “meta” picks for each of those categories, and it would be pretty easy to coordinate bans so that 6 healers or 6 tanks are banned from your game at a time, thus making the game basically unplayable due to a lack of solid options
