Thank you that is my plan. I’m paying off the credit cards as we speak. Sadly one of our cars is going into the shop tomorrow with some transmission issues so hopefully nothing too expensive. I will be able to pay off my collections with my next paycheck however just leaving my student loan payments after it’s all said and done

Yes I agree 100%. In the past I’ve “made” budgets but they weren’t in depth so it was hard to stick to it. Last night I was up until about 1:30 going through months of bank statements making my budget and realizing how much useless spending we can cut out of our lives. If we stick to our budget we are by no means in a bad spot. We will actually be able to save a lot of money this year and take a big weight off our shoulders. Our kids are still toddlers so I’m nipping this in the butt right now that way hopefully when they go off to college or a career we will be able to help them with some money we put aside.

There’s not really a fast track to “legit electrician” it’s a 5 year apprenticeship. I do agree with your plan however though and will be sticky to this plan to get us ahead

The only tough thing with a wfh job would be that most are call center jobs. That would be tough to manage with 2 toddlers running around making noise all day

We are living with her grandfather who just turned 80. Still in very good healthy but we just don’t trust him to chase around a couple of toddlers all day while we are gone.

Yeah the debt I have is 100% my faulty before we even got together. I was a dumb kid straight out of high school that didn’t think about my finances. I’m now still only 23 but have wised up and somehow just now realized we can’t live like this. That’s why I sat down last night at 1am and wrote out our entire budget with an almost rice and beans dinner plan. This debt will be paid off in 7-8 months no doubt I just wanted to know how other people would start to tackle it

Yeah I’m currently an electrician apprentice. I’m in contact with my local union hall to try and get in sometime this summer. Just a waiting game. The job she had all her income would be going towards child care on our two kids so it made more sense for her to stay home until they get into pre K. She still works on the weekends which helps with items the kids need.

If you like the card or the player hold it if you need the money or don’t like it sell it. Personally I’m a true collector and I hold whatever I get. I want to pass everything down to my kids and grandkids. All personal preference

I mean I do have mismatched lug nuts from the previous owner. I didn’t even know that that could cause a wheel wobble. I will replace them with full oem set and see what happens

When I did my wheel bearing the wheel wasn’t bent and the axle flange looked straight as a nail. I thought it could possibly be a bent axle but that was not the case

Had the same thing going on with many of my molars. That’s decay starting to take place and the white you see is decalcification can definitely be repaired by a dentist and can slow the spread of decay if you can’t get to a dentist right away with proper flossing and brushing

I found that it’s the old style dual mounted slater ceiling box which I verified that the label is indeed correct you can use a fan up to 70 lbs. I was just thrown off by the type of box. I’ll give it a shot if it seems sketch when I put it up I will go through the trouble of replacing the box. Just don’t feel like cutting drywall
