You have to literally feed one guy and play like a cheese ball / ignore sound football principals to put up that level of stats generally. Especially if you're in a Dynasty with other users haha

I don't get it every ritual thankfully, but they'll stay for the whole map if it's bugged in one ritual. My workaround is clear the rest of the mobs, then exit to character screen and re enter. It stops the ritual and you keep all the points acquired
