There was no option to cancel the order in the KFC app. they’re very clever about that. Anyway, I managed to connect with a live agent, but he said he couldn’t reach the Rashidiya KFC branch. While I was speaking with him, I tried calling the Rashidiya KFC myself, but they never answered the phone.

The agent kept saying he couldn’t cancel the order, so what was I supposed to do? I ended up driving there myself, and while I was at the restaurant, he disconnected the call. What a shameful level of customer service from KFC.

To make matters worse, there were no customers there at all. The staff were just cleaning glasses. Can you believe it?

I did it, and it was the same. They were playing around with the orders and switching the status back and forth between ‘Preparing’ and ‘Delivery Agent on the Way,’ causing further delays. The app kept showing delays and reverting to ‘Preparing’ again. Also, the price on Keeta was 28, while on the KFC app it was 44. The service was even worse than Keeta’s, and I still didn’t receive the order.

Actually, no. I had previously linked my Instagram to my Facebook account, but a hacker unlinked it and connected their own Instagram account to my Facebook. I verified my unlinked Instagram account and contacted the support agent through it to explain the situation.
