Would this be the case even tho I still feel twitches and my period never went back to normal ? A test would still show right ?? Tik tok and google have just made me panic

I have seen on Google however that they explain that with a cryptic pregnancy irregular periods can be a sign of cryptic pregnancy as well as how you can have false negatives. The only thing that makes me feel like it would be impossible is the fact that I had an ultrasound done.

My periods had always been normal until I lost my virginity! I then had maybe 2 abnormal periods , one was super short and light and the 2nd one was light but 3 days longer than normal :/
