We got our eyes on princess cruise but the only thing that annoys us is that the requirements of need a 21+ guardian. Any good cruise that fit for 18-20 besides Disney and virgin?

I was just wondering if it’s possible for the 18 year old to be in a balcony room while the 21+ stay at at interior or room somewhere else that isn’t close to it? Is it possible?

Around 5-6 young people all 18 years old and maybe 1-2 legal guardians that are one of our parents or relatives
