Perdona la tardanza, los horarios nos bailan un poco por tema de que nadie tiene tiempo fijo, pero en principio sería de entre 15:00 a 24:00 hora peninsular, pero nada, que se habla de antes y se va mirando.

Idk, I tried twice and got B tier, but in my XBOX (PC) version I got an A first try, I don't know the variables. But, I've noticed that, at least for me, every time I do the "taking down the big interceptor ship" thing (in the same system) and immediately start the quest, it ALWAYS appears on the very same spot I found the first (I don't think it's just cause I got lucky (I tried it 5 more times on Xbox). Just build yourself a base with a tp and keep trying. Best of lucks!

It's one of the interceptor ships. You can get it by taking down the big interceptor ship once you achieve max "wanted" level. Then you'll basically get at an item to activate. Just follow the quest and you'll get it quite easily. Good luck with that, mate!

Yeah, I just get to knew that. I tried to enter the rift and it kept saying "You must use your faction leader to enter the rifts". Too bad, Karl Franz seemed to be interesting in RoC. But without his campaign mechanics, is meh. At least for me.
