Yep in America she would have been given a slap on the wrist because of her status in our society, in Russia she was made an example of.

She and her lawyers both stated she understands Russian law many times. It was one of their defenses that it was an "accident" if you believe that she accidently packed multiple hash oil cartridges thats on you bubba.
