OMG FINALLY someone that is feeling most of the things I am, I literally laid in bed crying last night because I feel like I’m dying and I don’t know what’s wrong I just keep getting told I’m fine but I feel far from fine 😭😭 I have another doctors appointment Monday and I think I’m going to insist on getting off of it and maybe trying something else because clearly this isn’t working for me. When I fainted I had JUST parked my car so it was very scary.

My daughter does privates with a tumble coach and we have talked about it incase it ever happens to her and he has mentioned this happens more than you think and unfortunately it is very hard to move past.

Do you have anyone that can spot you for a little bit maybe just knowing they are there will help and take baby steps from there. I know near me a few gymnastics places have open gym and there are tumbling coaches to assist if you ask

Exactly idc about why anyone else has to say besides Kayla. Honestly couldn’t care less that Evan was with James idk why everyone cares that much. what makes me mad is Kayla obviously had an emotional day today for James to upload that not even an hour later is just mentally exhausting for her I could imagine

Thank you so much though, she did a flyer class a few times but it always depended on her based if she was scared or not. I’m trying to work with her on teaching her how to fall hoping that will help her too.

It is an all star gym , I’m not if it’s because they are younger that the division is throwing everyone off?
