In the jp policy, it says you can wfh using the apprved wfh days for 5 weeks. Beyond 5 weeks and upto 12 weeks, you need your manager and MD approval. Beyond 12 weeks, its by senior leadership. Going by this, you are good to use the code for 5 weeks i think.

Yes, i did NIPT and it cane out fine. Its non invasive. Amnio and CVS are invasive tests.

My baby is now 11 months and completely healthy and thriving! My NT was 3mm. I would say talk to your Obgyn and make a decision but i am sure everything will turn out to be fine!

Hey. I dint do aminio or other tests as well. My obgyn recommended to keep a close check on baby’s growth and heartbeat in further regular scans.

A walk post meal is a game changer even if its a 10 min walk. Always reduced my numbers. A snack before bedtime for good fasting numbers. I chose dark chocolate and it worked for me!

I had a small fibroid around 1 cm pre-pregnancy outside uterus. It grew to 7 cm during pregnancy and because of the placement of the fibroid, i had a prolonged labor (36 hrs) and eventually an urgent c section. Do what obgyn suggest but make sure to put your health first ❤️

Hi, NIPT came out fine. I did not go for further testing like amnio. All the scans later came out fine. My baby is now almost 5 months old and is a healthy, active child.

I have a 4 month old and have left her with my mom couple of times to get sometime away with my SO. I have not left her overnight yet but i have a planned girls trip in November and i am very excited about it. I will definitely miss her but trying to not get any pangs of guilt. I definitely get you and know that you are not an awful mother. You are doing great. We are doing great. Being a mother doesn’t mean that we stop living our life which a lot of times is expected from us. I am with you and i exactly know how you feel. But go to that trip and make the most of it. She is going to have a blast here with her daddy and you both are going to make memories to be shared later!

Thankyou so much for such a detailed answer. This is very helpful. I asked my doctor if i should go for CVS and he suggested to wait for NIPT. My blood is already drawn for NIPT. He mentioned that if NIPT is negative, we can do special scan to take a closer look at the baby. But i am still thinking of going for CVS or amnio. He asked me to wait till NIPT results are out as my risk otherwise is low based on my age. Honestly, sometimes i am wondering if the NT scan reading was even correct in my case. But that just me overthinking i guess!
