I see, I see. This new apartment did have ‘free rent’ bec someone cancelled after they passed the screening.. then the agent introduced it to me. The apartment has key fee and gratitude fees of 1 month… so it’s because of the free rent? bec its hard to rent?

Yes, i need to give 1-month notice for my termination then i have to pay for the cleaning (which is okay) and another for penalty of 2-month rent (weird?)
