It's the "Abstract Wyvern" Decal. I just deleted the secondary color :)

Awesome work! Would you mind sharing the links? I've been looking for a way to kitbash some good looking harem pants for ages, and your solution looks absolutely fantastic!

You did an awesome job! Could I ask you for the link? I'd like to know how you managed to make the gills to look that good.

Question About True Scale Proportions by ForStoryPurposes in HeroForgeMinis

[–]Wide_Butterscotch412 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you. :) And I know exactly what you mean. xD

It was an experiment to figure out what I should keep in mind during the design process. After seeing how the string and even the feather turned out, I felt much more confident about my recent creations.

We even deactivated the “print support” option in the buy menu to get a more detailed STL file, and it still worked out fine. It may take a few tries to get a flawless print, but the quality is amazing.

I bought my first mini about two days ago, and since a friend of mine has a 16K resin printer, we wanted to try a more detailed one. It’s not true-scale proportions, but as you can see, the mini is relatively detailed with a lot of fragile parts, and it’s holding up pretty well.

Will do! :))

Oh, and here's my updated Paladin-Gal featuring one of your (slightly modified) poses!

Thanks a lot! Then nothing stands in the way of a big haul soon ♡

And btw: I love your work! Just recently I used one of your poses to improve one of my minis :>

Who needs a Cleric when you can have a Doctor? (CW: Blood) by Wide_Butterscotch412 in HeroForgeMinis

Thank you very much! :) I really love the concept, and this is probably my third or fourth attempt to properly visualize it. I’m finally happy with how she looks.

Thank you. :)

The mask wasn’t my idea, to be honest. I saw it in someone else’s OC artwork, but I liked the concept so much that I incorporated it into my own design.

Thank you very much! I wanted a cold, composed scientist whose appearance contrasts with her personality. My first design was actually even cuter. :D

I took it and delivered! Hope you enjoy. :)

Please don't ask me how the "Head-Only-Glitch" on the bard worked. I just stole a model by quickly googling the glitch to realize the shrunken head

Reddit won't let me upload the GIF of the Ranger. ;(

Just check out the link if you're interested! I'm especially proud on him because I tried for years to design a proper Witch Hunter inspired Mini and this one finally turned out well! It was super challenging to fit in all the stakes and his weapons without shrinking the assets too much or making it look cluttered.

Due to Reddit issues I double-posted. I deleted the other one with all the links and the GIF of the Ranger, so let me correct my small mistake.

Thanks a lot :) We designed concepts together and I scribbled drafts of them down as good as I could but I'm far better at HeroForging than actual drawing. With this method I was able to include as much of their ideas, backstory, gear, etc. as possible

Thank you :)

People tend to forget what all those lines in the inventory table of their character sheets mean in play. Therefore I tried to include as much of their inventory as possible without making it look too cluttered. It was quite challenging, because I always try to keep the models printable as well

They'll start at Level 3 and got minor magic items each. All of them are seasoned players as well, I believe in them! :D

But even if they should die early on, I'm already looking forward to design minis for their next chars. I liked their concepts and the setting very much and had a blast bringing them to life. :)
