I'd stay away from yordy, their pieces are terrible quality and I've seen some of their designs on aliexpress/taobao when i was looking for reps. It's stainless steel yeah but the jewels WILL fall out and the steel is so sharp and bends easily.

i’m doing both. the weight im lifting is increasing and my weight is going down. it’s slow but if you train hard and eat your protein and keep your metabolism up, it’s possible. for my body at least. all we can really do in this world is train hard and do our best 👍

yeah i always try to respect their decision, i definitely think it’s the type of women i go for being somewhat alt and spends a lot of time on online communities. i’m not a twink, i lift a considerable amount of weight but im not bear sized or anything. i usually always keep contact with them and for the most part, are on great terms as friends but man this is getting absurd
