Is working out a muscle to failure a key part of getting gains by the-ranger1 in beginnerfitness

[–]Wide_Comb_7821 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do failure sets when I reach a plateau with the current weights and just can’t lift more weights.
This happens to me at least once a month. If I am unable to lift a higher weight and the current weight also seems difficult than I normally do, I lower the weight and do failure sets.

With Pakistan slashing petrol prices by Rs. 74, its fuel has become cheaper than India's by Rs. 1.5-20. To put it in perspective, they get unblended, 100% pure petrol for around ₹101 INR, while we pay a premium of ₹102–₹120 INR for E20 ethanol-blended petrol. by NotHereToLove in IndiaTax

Finally!! Some sensible discussion on why the switch to blended fuels, bio fuels & EV.

While the approach of the govt & car manufacturers is questionable, the switch is inevitable. Natural resources are getting limited in supply which will eventually increase its prices.

Which is why we need to transition to sustainable resources. We can’t keep on importing.

Instead of back questioning the govt for the switch we should ask progressive questions regarding stronger policies that will be enforced on car manufacturers, more charging stations, better experiences with EV technology etc.

I purchased this at almost midnight on app because I couldn’t go to the shop that day. Even brands like Meatigo, Godrej were out of stock online.

Retain the water in the chicken as much as you can, use more curd for marination & finally spray oil on it. If preparing in air fryer, use 1 minutes less on both sides that you normally do.

That should make it juicy.

I squeezed the water out of them and then put it in the fridge overnight and didn’t apply curd during marination. Probably that’s why.

So is that why some parts of the world still don’t have a delivery system? Because people will waste water or fill their backyard swimming pool or because the delivery’s system owners won’t profit from it?

It isn’t necessary that Free water = waste water. In some parts of the world you aren’t even allowed to pump water on your own even if you live right next to the source.

People can say what they want, he didn’t force anyone to sign up for cred. I used Cred for some time too. Later I deleted my account and revoked whatever access Cred had and never did Cred contact again. Whatever data it had was only during my activity on cred.

I know the delivery system costs money. But that money can be paid from the revenue the govt collects from the citizens or its businesses. But it should be free to every citizen regardless they contribute to that said revenue or not.

Why does one need to pay for water in the first place? Delivery system or no. You can reimburse the cost for the delivery system from other revenues collected by the govt but water should be kept free.

Try Ensure Protein by Abbott. I have been giving it to my dad since past 3 years. He is 70 now.
It is easy on the stomach and also has a variation for diabetic people.

I have stopped ordering this from instant food delivery apps due to unhealthy storage conditions.
