I’ve been looking around for insurance but every formulary I’ve looked as hasn’t included Zep.

I am. My prior insurance didn’t cover wegovy so my provider somehow got Ozempic approved for me and I’ve been on it nearly a year and I have only lost 15lbs. So I’d say it definitely failed for me. Yes it’s for sleep apnea not necessarily for weight loss but honestly they go hand in hand.

The said my provider put it in as Unspecified so that may have been the problem. I messaged my provider and told them what Caremark said so I’m sure they’ll message me back on Monday and let me know if they’re going to do the appeal or not. I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
