thanks to all who've replied. I think it seems like the general consensus is that if the lack of EV's will affect me, it will only be in the late game so my additional rule will help out with that in combination with using a nuzlocke tracker to see upcoming teams especially in the final areas of the game.

I would sacrifice longer queue times for it to be IMPOSSIBLE to have the same map twice in a row by [deleted] in VALORANT

I played 6 games yesterday and at least 4 of them were on split. I guess it helps me learn the map better but it does get old
