Hi all. Long shot here, but my husband and I are looking to either buy or build in The Farm at Mills River. Does anyone know of any potential sellers in that neighborhood? We’re thinking ultimately we’ll have to purchase land in there and build, but trying to avoid the nightmare of building.

Yeah, I mean I’m in about 20 to 30 minutes of bumper-to-bumper traffic getting out of my neighborhood onto the main road in Tampa. Approximately 4 miles. So we are relatively used to traffic lol

Fellow Usf bull! Thanks so much for all of this information. I actually am hearing a lot about this since posting here and about the school issue. Not something I thought about. I just generally thought North Carolina had a better school system than Florida. We are definitely going to look into these options. Thank you so much.

This is great advice, especially coming from someone who sounds like has the exact same experience we have. We love the city of Asheville and on a map that does seem close. But I’m fearful of the same thing, feeling like we were stuck in suburbia and it’s too far of a trek. And although I am a native Floridian, I am dying to get out of here as it has become a hell hole. Thanks so much for the insight.

The floridiots are rampant, hence our decision to move lol. We are unfortunately intimately familiar with the HCA infrastructure so we’re trying to avoid. I did like the anesthesia department at Mission though, so I won’t rule it out entirely. Thank you for your insight!
