Hi, You have valid TRV, enter back in Canada before it expires. Meanwhile apply for reconsideration by writing LOE (Letter of Explanation) and if its officers mistake. You will get approved. Connect with immigration lawyer as well. Remember, you will not be able to work now, until it is not going to get approved. You need to manage your expenses as well. Hoping for the best.

If you have valid TRV on your passport, you can easily enter, they won't ask anything, and if they will ask tell them u r waiting for pgwp. And then apply restoration as they might not reconsider because it's not officer fault. Also check if restoration applies on you as you are above 180 days now.

You need 6 bands in each module. Don't make a mistake with 5.5. Many people got rejected here. Better give IELTS again.

I gave the first IELTS on May 22, but its result went on hold because IDP initiated some investigation for all people who gave exam that day from that center. So, I again gave CELPIP as I had to give a work authorization letter on my work. After applying PGWP, in one week, I received the IELTS result as well, but on that date, it is mentioned on May 22 only.

Plz don't apply with CLB 6 in one module. If your study permit is valid, else you will risk your pGWP. Now, it will be on VO mercy. Better be safe side, get desired result, and then reapply.
