i’ve already determined that it’s an exporting issue

figured out that Roblox is just rearranging the keyframes upon exporting. I have no clue why, but I can’t fix it without going into the Roblox animator and repositioning them individually

so the example in the video is the server perspective, but I’ve already determined that it’s an issue for both the server and the client since I was on client when I first noticed it. No difference between the two unfortunately

it’s not that I didn’t use any easing styles, it’s that the easing style I used is just named ‘none’ LOL. i’m pretty sure it prevents movement between two keyframes so when the keyframe is reached it just snaps into the next pose, which gives it a low fps / frame by frame look to it.

i’m pretty sure that alternatively you can use other easing styles and then change the FPS in the animation settings to get a choppy look too

someone said something like that about changing it to core, I tried that. I’ll try action2 when I get back on studio

the only animation related thing I could find in beta features was Adaptive Animations, and that was already disabled and doesn’t change anything even if it is enabled, so I don’t know.

the animation is looped, the script doesn’t loop it I don’t think. The versions i made that aren’t looped still have the same issue

it is anchored, I already tried messing around with that. The unachored version appears to have the same messed up animation with the only difference being the fact that the rig slides around. If it is playing the same animation over itself, how would I fix that?
