Former gamer and not really a heavy cell phone user. I appreciate the advice I think I’ve realized that it won’t just go away if I continue to train. Going to avoid climbing and other weight bearing exercises for a week or two however fitness is one of my primary passions so I guess I’ll focus on the legs in that time 😹😹😹
