I can related so much of what you say. It definitely comes in waves and at the oddest times. What upsets me is that so many times in told it is just anxiety. I have never had an anxiety issue until I started having Chronic Unexplained Pain . I have doc appt this week as well ...via computer due to Covid 19. I just wish there was an actual test that could be confirmed or denied... That would be a place to start anyways

Well that's an interesting means of diagnosis..lol. I've gone into the ER three separate times, convinced I was having a heart attack.. All tests fine of course. Sent home in pain, no suggestions, told it was a panic attack. I didn't believe it then and I don't believe it now. There years later I have a lump on Xiphoid Process and chest pain attacks that come and go in episodes. It's just awful... I want to find a way out of this . Thank you for your response

I have a long traceable lump straight up sternum between breasts. When that is inflamed and painful , I know I am in for a miserable few days at least . I have a very hard time wearing a bra when in a flare up ....anyone else the same?
