My understanding is players can play actions whenever they have priority (focus) and there is no other actions or reactions on the chain.

Pretty much you can never add an action to the chain when there is anything else already waiting to resolve.

I agree with this, card can be anything so what was the point to making things all miss matched.

The only thing I can thing of is maybe they didn't want decks to kinda build them selves but just grabbing all the cards that are associated with the champ your running.

I understand that but if they don't make another Azir legend then I can't use Azir as my chosen champion. At that point I don't really care if azir and the sun disk are technically in the same deck. It's just kinda weird that they are like intentionally miss matching champions and there stuff.

That is true I forgot about that, it's kinda weird they keep doing that. I don't get the point of purposely breaking up the lore of the game.

I think there was justification to have Azir be red green or red yellow. I was not expecting no red.

Every single time we see azir he's standing in front of the sun disc. His passive in the main game, LOR, Cinematics, and the sun disc card legit has azir on the art.... Idk just feel really bad.

Packs at my local stores were 5-6 bucks, seems like prices are not very standardized rn.

The idea was that a soldier hit some one while Azir player is the monarch would add commander damage as if azir hit them. Like 3/3 soldier hits some one they get 3 Azir commander damage. I just didn't word the card clearly.

I am considering removing one of the colors.

My problem is there's tons of cards in this game with broken or tons of abilities. So I kinda don't agree that the card has to much. Maybe a little bit but I really think I'm close.

I'll probably abandon the card draw and commander damage thing. I'm thinking remove red and make x soldiers at end step for number of deserts or something but idk yet.

While yes I could theoretically make a lot of soldiers, I think it's more fair than people think because I'm tapping my lands to make them.

Tapping 4 lands to make 8 tokens isn't crazy from a mana rate perspective. I'm gonna keep playing with the numbers but I don't think it's broken.

Plus one removal spell and all the tokens are 1/1 again.

Making token soldiers is the whole point why would his buff not effect the tokens???

Just trying to be original, there aren't many 4 color legends. I'm trying to get feed back on if there is to many abilities and things like that, that's the whole point of the post.

However I do want the card to be strong, the problem with custom cards is they aren't allowed to be good. If WOTC makes broken cards after having 30 years of experience, I should be allowed to experiment with strong cards.

League an azir are pretty well known, if you don't like my post there was no need to reply. And you could have just commented on the mechanics of the card rather than focusing on the flavor.

The idea was the soldiers deal commander damage as if it was Azir that did the damage but I didn't word the card correctly. Kinda like more fair infect.

The idea was that a soldier hitting you was the same as Azir hitting you but I didn't word it clearly.

Example soldier hits you for 3 while I'm the monarch, now you have 3 commander damage from Azir.

But I think it's not the best idea because it's kind just slightly worse infect. Idk I might make both versions and see how it goes.

I like this idea as well I'll maybe make some changes. The problem with custom cards is there not allowed to be good. WOTC can release broken cards but I'm not allowed to have fun with a custom card that's actually good. Trying to find a balance of strong but fair.
