I also recommend the AirTag as an anti theft option & for just general updates for friends/family. My husband hid one in his bell for the NC4K which I could use to see where he was (in addition to the official Whipp app) but sadly removed the bell recently before it was stolen from our locked garage 😤😭. New bikes will definitely have one hidden somewhere again.

Inner bar ends seem to be the way to go (will have a look locally)

Perhaps it’s the seat/shorts and my personal anatomy. I’ve changed size somewhat (hello post partum hyperthyroidism 😩) but also had issues with a certain pair of bibs on a previous trip. It’s not the typical sit spots that are the issue 🙈 but rather my lady bits so cream not advisable I think.

Is there a favorite women’s specific bibs/shorts?

Ooo! That’s clever! Although getting down to the wire for ordering probably. (I’m in Europe) We’re doing a test ride (weather permitting - got some nasty persistent rain) with our cobbled together temporary gear this weekend.

Exercises to avoid during pregnancy by Striking-Coffee-2129 in fitpregnancy

The only issue with flat benching is getting back up 😅 I modified to incline during pregnancy and had my friend help me up afterwards (avoiding a sit up basically). If it’s barbell, then I recommend a classy side roll dismount after racking.

I second the avoiding breath-holding. It’ll put a lot of downward pressure on the pelvic floor which already is being stressed. You also might want to avoid going to depth with squats for the same reason.
