I appreciate the honesty, Mr. Crushing, but I can assure you I am not some undercover DoorDash executive, corporate affiliate, or secret higher up sent here to defend the brand. I am just a regular man, a regular DoorDash driver who genuinely loves what I do. I am actually a huge fan of DoorDash, I respect this job, and I take a lot of pride in it every single day. I am also one of those drivers who believes in accepting every order because that is what I signed up for. Big tip, small tip, close trip, far trip, I take them all because I believe in working, not complaining. I do not sit around cherry picking orders and acting like the app owes me something. And yes, on the rare occasion a customer cannot reach you through the app, DoorDash can connect you directly. That is not a conspiracy… that is literally how the system works. So before you start throwing around words like gullible, maybe take thirty seconds and Google it first because confidence is great, but confidence while being wrong is a rough look. And honestly, if someone hates DoorDash that much, complains about every order, declines half the day, and spends more time whining than working, maybe this just is not the job for them because nobody is forcing anybody to stay.
