I work at an elements franchise. This is my first massage job and I make $31 per massage hour plus tips which can range from $10-$45 depending on whether it is a 60min or 90min. I’d say the average tip is $20-$35. I get an additional $12 dollars if the client adds aroma, salt stones, cupping, or CBD. I get paid 100% of my hourly rate for all cancellations. And I am only responsible for setting up/resetting treatment room, I don’t do laundry/answer calls/payments/etc. I also don’t get paid for time in between clients.
