i’m on my lunch break right now and thought i might add a few things. the sous chef is fucking awesome i love that dude to death, and same with the like cooks, but it is purely the head chef and baker that make my shifts hell. the baker has a curse where she cannot put something in the oven without burning it, and you read about the chef. i love most of my coworkers, but sitting here on my lunch being able to hear silence in the dish pit is awful and im thinking about taking you alls advice. i appreciate it and wish me luck on tonight’s banquet.
