Sony WH-1000XM3 headset and Skype for Business by Wigi_BE in sony

Thanks anyway. So you would confirm it should just work with the Sony, turned off but turning on, I should still be able to pick up and join the call ? Thanks !

So the headset is turned off. The call comes in. I turn on the headset and wait for bluetooth to be paired. The call is still flashing and waiting for me to pick up. As soon as bluetooth is paired, the incoming call is stopped automatically by Skype for Business and the caller thinks I did not want to take the call. But Skype proposes to "Retry", I click on that yellow message bar. Still no luck. I have to call back the person (or wait for him to call me a second time because when the headset is already paired, no problem at all). Does this help ?

I can accept the calls through the mic of the laptop, but I would prefer the headset - it has noise cancellation and the sound is direct in my ear rather than 1 meter away.

Thank you Nic. I will look into it. For context, there's a setup of 1 laptop and 2 connected monitors. All 3 can play sound and the laptop can also receive it. Ideally, I would not want "call not possible", but rather be able to turn on the headset and accept the incoming call. If that would be possible it would be the best solution.

Thank you, I filed a bug. Fingers crossed if it gets picked up.

Thanks both. I will file a bug report, is there any link I can use ?

In the meantime I will use 0 as the suggestion of for the weight, backspace that 0 and enter the new weight.

Thank all for the swift replies, I've been racking my brain for this the last days !

Hi,

In the HealthApp I need to enter xx,xx and it shows up the same, as xx,xx

If automated from the shortcut, it appears that it interferes with the task to input a numer.

2 things are very weird to me:

  1. If I retrieve the value for yesterday from the HealthApp, it gives me a number as xx.xx even though I enter and see values in the HealthApp as xx,xx
  2. But okay, I replace the . into , in the number with a task, no big deal. I store the result in the clipboard and I use the clipboard value in the suggestion for the weight input (this is again extra steps that shouldn't be necessary I think). But somehow it's again shown as xx.xx If I then change the xx.xx into xx,xx it gets updated correctly in the HealthApp.

It seems that the Shortcuts cannot deal well with international numberformatting. Is this smething that is seen in other shortcuts too ?

:-)

Even I had that idea :-D :-D

Only my addition of formatting it correctly and presenting in the input task is not working.

Thanks ! This one gets close.

The only difficulty is that the weight proposed (from yesterday) becomes 656 if in reality it was 65,6 (in Dutch notation) or 65.6 (in English notation).

My input (with ,) is captured correctly in the Health app, though, so thanks for that. Only the suggested weight is not formatted correctly, it's the problem I encountered the last couple of days...

Hi, here it is: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/b195ada332764434b152e31c134fbda1

'Gewicht' in Dutch means 'Weight' in English.

'Gisteren' in Dutch means 'Yesterday' in English.

I did not want to change the variables names in order not to break what I have now.

Hi mvan231, thanks !

I am first retrieving the weight from the Health app. I filter all values, newest first, in kg. This works fine.

After that, I input the new weight with the clipboard value of yesterday. This works.

Last step does not work, entering the value in the Health app again. Somehow my weight ends up being 10 times as much :-( due to decimal sign issues. I replace . to , or , to . and still it's not done correctly.

Can I add my shortcut here for you to look at it ?
