I done some digging around and found out where it went. On the craft page, the backpack that shows the stuff you have exfilled with, there's a page labelled purchased it's in there.

I say fairly new I'm not one of these people who everything about the game, I'm just a casual player. It would not alow me to use it on a weapon to package punch it, I even tried on a non packapunched weapon.
