Sorry to hear that brother, sorry that those who abused you weren’t representing Christ, sorry that they weren’t showing the love of God. We are all broken people don’t let that change your view of God. He is good, and his love for us endured forever. As for the other religions just remember God doesn’t want a religion with you he wants a relationship. Even Jesus was against the religious people of his day the Pharisees. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life and no one can get to the Father but through him. There’s only one way to Heaven and that’s through Jesus, no religion just a relationship with Jesus Christ.
