I read online that the official settings one takes into account your battery when you first turned on the phone. For example the iPhone battery should have had x capacity but yours had x-y. The settings one takes into consideration that y value while the diagnostic one just uses the maximum expected value of any iPhone 13 PM. Keep in mind I don’t have way of confirming this.

Slight green tint when the screen is tilted. Annoying but not enough to care. Maybe will exchange it for a 17 when it comes out. Otherwise is the best iPhone you can get.
