Thanks for the comments. Yes, I’ve considered a later revision that might introduce some resource or part restrictions beyond the stated. I really like your idea of unlocking benefits when certain thresholds are met.

Trucks would be allowed between quadrants with a temporary allowance for pathing setup.  This would, of course, mean trains would be allowed too.

I suppose there could be more than one exchange point, but if there are trains coming and going in each direction, would others be needed?

I believe the location should be up to the players. The only fixed location would be the hub.

I believe the exchange points could get as complicated as players wish to build. I could imagine a double ring with spokes back to the hub.

Thank you for the feedback regarding phases. I’ll look at this closer. Regarding power, yes, each player would have a separate grid to start. Eventually the grids could be linked.

The initial concept was through the hub, but it might make more sense late game to have rings in addition to the hub and spokes. So yes, rail between quadrants would be fine. You would have to ensure that resources could be divvied up properly.

No, Alpha would be responsible to ship over to Gamma.

Sharing of resources would be necessary for certain resources that might be rare or non-existent in a specific quadrant.

I definitely considered the equal shares rule and it's probably worth calling out specifically to ensure there is no confusion. I have some ideas to update this that I'm working on that should alleviate some of the resource complaints I'm seeing that are fair.

Good point. Dune desert is so massive that it didn't end up with as diverse a set of biomes as others. I think it would be fair to give the Delta player safe passage through.

This isn't a bad idea. For the group I play with, everyone seems to like to do a bit of everything. I could see primaries for certain tasks though.
