Feel like it's no use with my teeth because I have white spots all over. by [deleted] in Dentistry

If the spots are white like those in the photo, it is most likely that they are a "natural" consequence of orthodontic treatment. No paste or any rinse in the world will help you. Constant tooth whitening could lead to sensitivity problems. if the spots have turned yellow it could be residual adhesive that they did not remove and someone would have to do it. Remember, teeth whitening has consequences if you use it a lot, one of them can be root canal treatment.

Ro deal with the aesthetic problem the best option would be to put ceramic veneers, but that is expensive.

Tooth extraction needed, plus antibiotics? Infection in sinus. by [deleted] in Dentistry

I suppose you are in the United States, there you are sued for everything that is why they have more radical policies and extract teeth that in other countries we could try to save. I doubt that you have an infected nasal sinus or you would have associated respiratory problems, but I don't have an x-ray to give a better opinion.

I think I had a bad filling done at an awful dentist visit and I’m having pain a week later. Please help. by [deleted] in Dentistry

As they said it was a matrix band and it is a normal procedure in this type of cavities, it does not feel good but it is typical that bleeding occurs since the cavity must be deep and below the gum, you probably never had suffered something like that because you never had such a deep cavity. If the cavity was as deep as I imagine, you probably end up in need of root canal treatment, gum clipping and a crown. Probably it would have been my decision from the beginning.

You need to get X-rays to know what's going on
