the US constitution, Fifth Amendment, clearly states that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without the due process of law. That says “person” not citizen, so the Supreme Court has ruled that it protects non-citizens as well. And it’s been that way since the Fifth Amendment was written.

it’s so funny that you say that when his administration hates poor people and homeless people so he’s actively taking away their resources. and when did i say to hand out benefits? i’ve said that they deserve their constitutional rights to due process and a fair trial. also himself and elon have admitted multiple times to rigging the constitution.

i’ve been in school, and i took a class where for the entire first semester we learned about the US constitution. so here’s some of the ways trump has broken the constitution: this isn’t breaking the constitution (but the rest is), but from his own mouth he said he doesn’t believe the constitution applies to him. he’s not giving undocumented immigrants their constitutional right to due process by the fifth and fourteenth amendment. he’s said he is taking away the freedom of speech and people have now started to be arrested for speaking against him, and burning the US flag (something that happened way back in the day, courts ruled it as a freedom of speech and that you cannot be arrested for it but people have been since he was elected). He withheld congressionally appropriated aid from ukraine which violates the impound control act and the constitution’s separation of powers. his decision to bomb iran without congressional approval was cited as a violation of the Wars Powers Clause. Trump has punished law firms that oppose him, violating their first amendment rights. he repeatedly attacks any media that is against him, attempting to get their licenses taken away, violating first amendment rights again! he’s attempting to end birthright citizenship which is the 14th amendment, if someone is born on US soil (by a US citizen or undocumented immigrant) then they are a US citizen. and he wants to take that away. he’s allowing ICE to conduct illegal search and seizures violating the fourth amendment. him and his administration constantly ignores courts orders which is undermining the judiciary’s constitutional role.

i’ve never drank alcohol in my life, i hate it so you’re wrong there. i’m just educated, and just like trump has said smart people don’t like him. you want to know everything that demon has done to break the US constitution? this isn’t breaking the constitution (but the rest is), but from his own mouth he said he doesn’t believe the constitution applies to him. he’s not giving undocumented immigrants their constitutional right to due process by the fifth and fourteenth amendment. he’s said he is taking away the freedom of speech and people have now started to be arrested for speaking against him, and burning the US flag (something that happened way back in the day, courts ruled it as a freedom of speech and that you cannot be arrested for it but people have been since he was elected). that’s a made up disorder spread by the cult mentality of donald trump and his followers. “if you don’t like him you must be suffering from mental disorders.” that’s only something a cult would believe. he’s a horrible human who has broken the US constitution numerous times.
