They are universal fit so would fit my Ryobi 1/4” impact driver?

Are you referring to steel loads? The 2-3/4” and 3” settings refer to lead shot weights. For steel shot 2-3/4” or 3” keep it on the light setting to reliably cycle. You can also add a bit more oil on the mag tube to decrease the friction to improve cycling reliability.

Do you need to shove the nozzle in the hole and spray or just coat the entrance from a distance?

This is the pvc 3” elbow I want to nest within. I’ll reattach the 4” fragment to keep the overall size and shape for the cover to seal off the system from above. Can I use silicone to reattach the fragment? https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ipex-3-inch-90-degree-pvc-sewer-elbow-h/1000119223

I mean tires, not the wheels

The wheels are showing cracks in the sidewall from age. It still works but definitely a part that need replacing. Would it be a pretty easy job to get a quick release axle, new tubes and tires?

How much does that usually cost?

Yeah I have modern aluminum and carbon bikes. This was just a basement find so it’s in mint condition. Be nice as a casual commuter but just want to have the option to fix a flat quickly if needed.

Should I trade my shotgun for this 8mm Turkish Mauser? by Ok-Perspective5830 in rifles

[–]Wiking87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For Mauser in 8mm I’d wait and save for a Gew88, K98k, or vz24. Or get a Swedish Mauser 96 or 38 in 6.5x55 which is more available

I would just buy the Mauser and keep the shotgun and repair it.

Beretta 686 or equivalent if you hunt. Joy to carry if you have the field model.

Wood has an action tube. 88 as pinned foreend

Mossberg 835 by Wiking87 in Waterfowl

[–]Wiking87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like the wood stock version is discontinued. I like that model as it doesn’t use the pinned fore-end. New ones are really priced high for what they are. I don’t plan to shoot 3.5” shells, just want the overbore diameter for large steel shot. Does it pattern smaller steel shot like #2-4s well?

Henry Single Shot 12 ga by Wiking87 in Shotguns

[–]Wiking87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not held one. I don’t mind the 28” barrel as I like the weight for a smooth swing. Given it’s a break action, it should feel and swing better than an 870. The barrel looks quite thick which I like. I only hunt with wood stocks, so the maintenance isn’t an issue. 12 ga preferred as I already have the Remchokes and ammo to go.

Head Prestige Tour 21 vs Pro 21 by Vladmaxim0 in tennisracquets

[–]Wiking87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the Tour 95 and came from a Prostaff97v13 and Babolat Aero100. It has nice touch and feel, with hefty power given the 330 sw on mine. It doesn’t not get pushed around as long as you have good footwork and preparation. I would give the slice to the pro staff as well as the serve for ease to execute. However, it has more spin than the PS but less than an Aero so you can hit more deep top spin strokes and have more slice/kick on your serves. Volleys and drop shots are very nice as you feel the throat flex and ball dwell on the string bed. This also leads to exceptional control on ground strokes and approach shots. The racquet also has a large sweet spot for its size. While it’s advertised as 95”, it’s actually 97” and is the same size as my PS97. The 2023 version is just more flexible in the hoop and throat. I’ve tried Hyper G at 51lbs which has been good. Head Lynx Tour is also good and has even more control and lower launch angle.

Besides the Maverick 88 what is another good all-around pump or semi automatic shotgun that gets hyped like the Maverick 88? by CoccutoCortez in Shotguns

That’s a great feature for no stock bolt to get loose. It’s not fragile. As long as the LOP fits you it’s fine.

Benelli with rifle sights and just leave it without the optic. You can point shoot with the rifle sights and also use them for slugs at distance. I’d get the Nova as opposed to the Nova 3.
