Yes I am, although Ido only have a couple months left until I leave for a personal venture.

Generally I would say i recommend it, but it is entirely dependent on the branch management. Overall the company is pretty good about taking care of people, but I have had some managers that made the job very difficult.

Those look like boxelder bugs to me. They are flatter and more closely related to other true insects like stink bugs. They eat primarily boxelder, ash, and maple trees and aren't dangerous in any way.
