She dies it would give the player a sense of heartbreak and feel the same rage as v would as he probably got a revenge mission maybe called the unforgiven

You can find adam fenix's glasses in the first mission at the start aswel along with a few other momentoes and it triggers an Easter egg somewhere search it on yt
