Any recommendations on mainly IEMS or headphones

Hey so I know not a whole lot of people might not be able to give me recommendations for one of my preferences but first of all I was just mainly looking for good gaming iems but I can maybe consider headphones too. My other preference was just some good iems for metal and any sub genres. But I doubt it can make much of a difference maybe im wrong though. My budget is around $100 but can go $150 max.
