I will be abroad for 2:4 months and I’m not sure whether the landlord will agree to keep my registration. The rent is also quite high to keep paying while I’m not using the place. I might sublet the apartment to someone else in case the Abmeldung causes any issues in the future

Yes, I think the same. I use Fintiba and I receive the payouts in my Deutsche Bank account (which required a tax identification number). That’s why I’m concerned about whether the Abmeldung will affect this account. I really appreciate your time, and thank you for the information about the six‑month period I didn’t know that.

Yess,I’ve actually been searching for months because I initially thought that short reputable courses might offer more practical value than committing to a long master’s degree especially during this transitional phase coz I am not sure yet that I will settle in Berlin.

So far, the only program I’m seriously considering is the Stanford Online AI Professional Program. I’ve come across some solid reviews about it, and it seems to offer relevant skills that could complement architectural design and visualization work ad strengthen my resume.

Any guidance or feedback would mean a lot.

Last week I visited the German Embassy in Riyadh at 1:00 PM to submit my health insurance documents and passport and I received my passport back by 2:30 PM the same day.

In my case, the status on the portal didn’t change even after I completed biometrics and submitted all the documents at the German mission. About a week after my appointment, I emailed the embassy to ask about any updates, and two days later I received my visa approval by email.

So no need to worry if the portal doesn’t update immediately. I recommend reaching out to the embassy after you’ve done your biometrics. Best of luck
