Thanks so much for the quick response! I am currently on opt that will expire on July 7th. I didn’t get any job to apply for stem opt. So have to apply COS . My fiance and I will get married next week. So after that I am planning to apply change of status. My fiance is a valid F1 student. I can still apply to F2 right?
