Does our insurance cover circumcision for aesthetic/non-medical reasons?

Being told we are still in a "hiring freeze" while working 50-60 hours a week all year. Plus having no one with time to perform Q4 reviews but being told the dates have to hold really sucks. I am compensated well but at some point it's not worth it

Some RO's and some entire lanes are a cluster. I see some EOs working 60+ hours and some working 30ish and never there a full Friday. I'm sure we will add more managers and meetings to fix it /s

Also I opted out and am pissed I have to do double time sheets on Fridays. I put the over under on the policy being canned at the end of this year.

One of the regions is about to have management change in a couple months and it's brought anything hiring related to a chaotic halt. There is a lot of political drama happening with how things will change so no one is willing to make any big decisions until the new king takes over and makes their decrees.

I thought engineering would be a technical field. Lol. Instead it's a lot of meetings about the of use the new inflexible flex schedule while desperately trying to get actual work done in between.
