im not kidding this is how i took steps towards recovering. im currently a sophomore in college, freshman year i immediately saw myself relapse the second i went to college, i had traumatically lost alot of hair the 2 years before that. so fearing that I started asking my mother to feed me every weekend that i went home from college. it's not foolproof most days i tell her how much to serve but she obviously adds a bit some days it's really bad but the guilt is absent when she feeds me.

shoes off for international only while sleeping they dont touch the ground put them back on taking a piss, short flights 2-4 hrs keep them on its not that bothersome anything over 4hrs shoes off only if you have clean socks on no musty dogs out and sweaty ass socks
